Living in Joy

Living in Joy workshops, offered regularly, offer the tools to create a bridge from dissatisfaction to deep satisfaction in your life. In a community setting of acceptance and gentle curiosity, facilitated by Dianne Weisselberg, participants get the opportunity to explore their own joy and anything that might be blocking it.

It’s a chance for you to be you, and to be celebrated as yourself.  

In this workshop, you will discover your own resilience. In an accepting, gently curious community, you will reignite your humor, and remember the power of choice. You will emerge more joyous , more self-aware, and with a greater sense of possibility for your life.

Drawing on Dianne’s years of training and experience, along with the wisdom each participant carries in their body and being, we will weave together techniques for listening to and integrating your mind, body, and energy/vibration, listening to entire system for what is needed in order to access free-flowing, abundant energy.

Individual work may include movement, imagery/visualization, belief work, and other techniques. Some of the work during this time might be hands-on, based on your comfort level and always with your consent. Techniques for anchoring and adjusting to your new flow of energy are incorporated throughout the session, allowing for the possibility of  a new paradigm for your life.

By doing this together in community, we gain the opportunity to learn and grow from one another during each piece of individual work.

Through unblocking and evolving our ability to love ourselves, others, the world, and the cosmos we find the pathway to creating the life we long to live, and the world in which we live it. Join us!
